We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is $9.99.

We understand things don't work! We offer returns within 14 days from date of receipt; unworn and tags attached for a refund excluding any outgoing or incoming shipping fees.

If you are a Frock Box subscriber, your Miller returns must be included in your Favourites Box returns within 5 business days from date of delivery.

Of course! You are welcome to return in the Boutique.

You will receive your gift card by email once purchased online. Frock Box Gift Cards are valid only for use at shop.frockbox.ca or in the Boutique. If you wish to use your gift card toward a Frock Box Favourites Subscription, please email us so we can transfer your credit.

We always recommend washing on delicate in cold water and laying flat to dry.
